ASMASOL Advanced Automation Platform

PROPRIETARY PLATFORM

ASMASOL Advanced Automation Platform

A complete IIoT industrial control and monitoring ecosystem proven across mining, water utilities and commercial facilities in Zimbabwe and Botswana.

Why We Built It

In 2017, ASMASOL was asked to help a gold mine get real-time visibility of their belt scale tonnage. A traditional PLC/SCADA solution would have cost $50,000+. We built an IoT solution using a Raspberry Pi, MQTT and Node-RED for a fraction of that cost. That proof of concept became the ASMASOL Advanced Automation Platform β€” now deployed across multiple industrial sites.

Key advantage: Up to 45% hardware cost reduction vs traditional PLC/SCADA, with equal or superior monitoring capability, remote access from anywhere, and built-in planned maintenance integration.
